1669 Catherine Street - Trogden House

Trogden House

c. 1870

This cottage was built in 1870. Several additions have altered its appearance including a pitched and flat roof, as well as a glass-enclosed porch with horizontal and vertical siding. Mr. Trogden subdivided this block in 1868 (Santa Clara's first subdivision) and lived here from 1870 to 1940.

This house is a private residence and should be respected as such.
