Semas House

c. 1912

This two-story residence represents one of the largest and finest Craftsman Bungalow buildings in the city. The structure, designed by Wolf & MacKenzie, is characterized by a double gabled, steeply pitched roof and punctuated by a large shed dormer. A full front porch is supported by four squared wooden pillars.
