This one was too easy. The Balsz Tigers banner is easily visible along the major thoroughfare, so a Google search for that turned up Balsz Elementary in Phoenix. When you look at that in Google Maps, it’s clear that Balsz Elementary is the building in the left of the VFYW, and the picture is taken from the Marriott.
